Yesterday, I bought their tasty bread there. It's kinda expensive, but we liked the taste of it. And sometimes we also went here to buy the crushed peanut for our lumpia. :)

Went there early (around 9am) to avoid the crowds and because we were told the cooked dumplings sell out pretty fast. I got the dumpling sampler -- 12 pcs of deliciousness! It had the pork, century egg, mushroom, scallop, and shrimp variants. The dumplings were huge and yummy, and the sampler was less than PHP300.

This is one of the oldest bakeries in Binondo. They have a few branches scattered across Metro Manila but this remains to be their main branch where some products are only available here. Their chicken pie is so good. It's a must try.

Siomai is a bit pricey but worth the money. We always buy the frozen ones there and enjoy it at home.

hi, it was my first time to buy from the actual Diao Eng Chay bakery but i have enjoyed their dimsum for years! i initially thought it was a singaporean or taiwanese brand because i just saw the initials DEK whenever i chanced upon it. it was just recently that i found out that it originated in binondo! i went there today with my mom and got some siomais and fishballs so that i can prepare it at home. the kind owner offered my to try their chicken pie which i did -- it's very good, i wish i got two boxes!

This place is famous for its chicken pie. I bought a pack of five around lunch time and it was freshly baked (mainit-init pa!). The pie tasted like chicken a la king with flaky crust. They also sell frozen dimsum and meats and other pasalubong items. But if you want cooked dimsum, visit the place right after opening because it sells fast. The staff were friendly and very much happy to tell you about their products and history.

a go to place in Binondo when you need to buy authentic Chinese food. Very authentic and they have wide range of products! Bought some tikoy and siomai during my last visit.
